2. Services Provided
Mercy Care Services offers non-medical, in-home care services designed to support clients with daily living assistance, companionship, and other non-medical support. Our services are provided based on individualized care plans.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Service Arrangements
Service scheduling and modifications are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion, for reasons including but not limited to safety concerns or non-compliance.

5. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of services.
Maintain a safe environment for our caregivers.
Respect the rights and dignity of our staff and other clients.

6. Payment and Fees
Fees for services are outlined in your service agreement.
Payments are due according to the agreed schedule.
We reserve the right to modify fees with prior notice.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made within 72 hours of the scheduled service.
Failure to provide proper notice may result in cancellation fees.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy
Our privacy policies comply with HIPAA and applicable laws to protect your personal and health information. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability
Mercy Care Services strives to provide quality care, but we are not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the services, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and its Applicable Jurisdiction.
