- Excellent communicators with a genuine desire to help others
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experienced in personal care or supportive services (preferred)
- Certified or willing to obtain necessary background checks and certifications 

 - Assisting clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Medication reminders and safety monitoring
- Supporting clients’ independence and dignity
